Our Aims and Objectives

Our mission at SCHOLARS WORLD ACADEMY is to recognise that children have one chance in life and it is our aim that all children at  SCHOLARS WORLD ACADEMY provided with the opportunity to succeed to the best of their ability, to become happy, confident people with their own vision for the future.

The Aims of SCHOLARS WORLD ACADEMY

To create a learning community, where everyone works together in a supportive environment of mutual care, respect and consideration for each other.

To be a school providing an exciting, inclusive curriculum which equips children with the essential tools for life long, learning and achieving high standard.

To have high expectations of each child whilst, supporting and challenging them in order to fulfill their potential.

To be a school which advocates children experiencing the joy of discovery, solving problems and being creative across the curriculum

To develop the children’s self- confidence as resilient, resourceful, reciprocal and reflective learners.

To help each child to develop an inquiring mind; having the ability to question and argue rationally; and to use that ability in the application of tasks and skills.

To focus on providing a nurturing ethos for our children to mature socially and emotionally in our multi- ethnic society in Wales and with-in the wider world

To recognise and value parental rights to involvement in their children’s education through the development of close working relationships.

To make the school a part of the whole community and to develop strong and productive links with that community.
